The original H-Type® with Protected V-Tips has been proven as an efficient precleaner for over 20 years in material handling applications such as coal, iron ore, bauxite, and hard rock mining with vulcanized belts. The Protected V-Tips offer long-lasting blade life in abrasive applications.
 
The Flexco Mineline® endorsement means it's proven in heavy-tonnage applications that test the strength and durability of your conveyor system.

  • Belt Widths: 18" to 72" (450 to 1800mm)
 

Installation

  • Pole length: Cleaner size + 48" (1200 mm)
  • Horizontal clearance required: 7" (175 mm)
  • Vertical clearance required: Determined by suspension arm size. See specification chart.
