Richard A. White, President and Chief Executive Officer
White has been with Flexco since 1986, serving as Marketing Manager, VP Sales and Marketing, VP Worldwide Marketing, and Executive Vice President prior to his current appointment as President and CEO in 2005. White is also a member of the Board of Directors since 1994. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a master’s degree from the University of Chicago. White is an active member in both the National Industrial Belting Association (NIBA) and the Power Transmission Distributor Association (PTDA).
Thomas S. Wujek, Executive Vice President and Chief Operation Officer
Wujek has been with Flexco since 1992, serving as Quality Assurance Manager, Field Sales Representative, Sales and Operations Manager, and Vice President of Sales and Operations prior to his appointment to Executive Vice President and COO in 2001. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Wujek is active in the National Industrial Belting Association (NIBA), serving as president in 2014, as well as the Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) and the National Mining Association (NMA).
Glen Paradise, Chief Financial Officer
Paradise has been with Flexco since 2007, serving as the CFO throughout his tenure. In this position, Paradise is tasked with leading profitable growth and preserving the financial assets of the business through collaboration, efficient processes that yield timely and accurate information, and insightful analytics, resulting in sound business decisions. He earned both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Brigham Young University.
Tammy Balogh, Vice-President of Human Resources
Balogh has been with Flexco since 1990, starting in the customer service department before transitioning into the human resources department and serving as Director of Human Resources prior to her appointment to Vice President in 2016. In this position, Balogh is responsible for strategic human resources planning and talent acquisition for the company's global business. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University’s College of Business and serves on the Manufacturer Council for the Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA).
Chip Winiarski, Vice President of Marketing
Winiarski has been with Flexco since 2007, serving as Director of Marketing – Heavy-Duty prior to his appointment to Vice President of Marketing in 2016. He is responsible for developing marketing programs, systems, and communications that support Flexco’s strategic direction and aligning global business plans with organizational objectives. Winiarski has more than 20 years of experience serving global end-user customers, distributor, OEMs, design firms, and belting companies engaged in a variety of light-duty and heavy-duty industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College, and a master’s degree from The Ohio State University with a concentration in Strategy and Finance, and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2016. Winiarski is also active in the National Industrial Belting Association (NIBA).
Gregory Westphall, Director of Engineering
Westphall is responsible for product development and product engineering for Mechanical Belt Fasteners, Belt Conveyor Products, Belt Fabrication Tools, and Belt Maintenance Tools worldwide. He is the single-point contact for managing all patent-related intellectual property for Flexco. Westphall has more than 20 years of engineering and management experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University. He is a licensed engineer in the state of Illinois, an active member of the Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA), and a member of the Society of Mining Exploration (SME).
Martin O’Neill, Director – Global CapEx and Strategic Accounts
O’Neill is responsible for leading strategic planning and guiding the execution of business development for capital expenditure opportunities, along with building a world class Strategic Accounts Program at Flexco. In this role, O’Neill ensures that Flexco is building strong relationships with key mining companies, end users, OEMs, and engineering companies at both the site and corporate level. He brings to Flexco his experience in business development, management, and consulting for a wide variety of operations across a broad range of sectors – including engineering, construction, maintenance services, consulting, and technology. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Sydney University in Australia.

Beth Miller, Director of Marketing - Light Duty
Miller has more than 29 years of experience in serving global end users, distributors, OEMs, and belting companies engaged in various light-duty applications, including package and parts handling, agriculture, food processing, commercial laundry, corrugated boxboard, filter media, and related industries. She is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies for these markets and the light-duty product lines. Miller holds a bachelor’s degree from Hope College and has taken numerous MBA classes from Western Michigan University.
Ryan Grevenstuk, Director of Marketing – Heavy-Duty
Grevenstuk is responsible for strategic global business and market plans, industry and market research, new product development, customer relationship management, and technical support for the heavy-duty product lines at Flexco. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University, as well as a master’s degree from Western Michigan University.
Michelle Graves, Product Manager
Graves manages the overall global business, market plans, technical support, and activities associated with the light-duty belting market for the Novitool, Alligator, and Tatch-A-Cleat product lines, including new product development, market analysis, and global strategy. Graves holds a bachelor’s degree from Albion College as well as a master’s degree from Grand Valley State University.
Aaron Rosso, Senior Product Manager
Rosso is responsible for managing the heavy-duty mechanical belt fastener program globally for Flexco, including the program vision and strategy, product development plan, product line portfolio, promotion, PR and communications, pricing, and profitability. Rosso graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and received his master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a concentration in Marketing and Strategy.
Mark Green, Marketing Field Specialist
Green has been with Flexco for more than 25 years, working in various roles such as manufacturing, ISO9001 implementation, engineering support, project management and more. In his current position, Green works with a variety of departments at Flexco in a global capacity to conduct internal and external product testing, develop and conduct product training and demonstrations, and is the customer service liaison to answer technical questions from the customers and convey customer feedback to the product team.
Kevin Fales, Product Manager
Fales manages the belt conveyor product (BCP) line, providing product development and engineering with guidance on market requirements for both new product concepts and existing products. He also leads the development of the technical and promotional literature supporting the BCP line. Fales graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and is currently working toward his master’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University.
Sander Romers, Marketing Field Specialist
Romers came to Flexco in 2010 with 20 years of industry experience. In his role, Romers travels the world providing technical support for the light-duty fastener and endless splicing product lines. He is also heavily involved in internal and external product testing and conducts regular training and demonstrations as an instructor for our distributor training schools and employee onboarding. Romers' specialty is working with the product design, development, and marketing teams to ensure Flexco products are designed and built with the customer in mind.
Franklin Moore, Industry Manager
Moore began his tenure at Flexco in 2012 as a BCP Marketing Support Analyst, launching products, forecasting trends, and providing product support. In his current position, Moore identifies focus markets, researches chosen industries, and concentrates on the voice of the customer. He develops sales tools and programs to help our teams better understand the pain points present in each industry. Currently, Moore is focusing on Flexco solutions for the cement industry now and in the future. Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University.
Todd Stewart, Industry Manager
Stewart has been with Flexco for 29 years, working in various roles from customer service, to manufacturing, to training and new product development. As Industry Manager, Stewart thoroughly researches target industries, creating programs to support each industry and identifying customer issues, as well as potential product solutions. Stewart currently leads the development of the Parcel Handling Industry Program and is responsible for ensuring that Flexco is positioned to serve the needs of our global customers. Stewart earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a B2B specialty from Davenport University.
