Flexco recently announced the launch of its new Midsize Segmented Transfer Plate (STP), an innovative addition to the company's comprehensive line of transfer point protection solutions. This new intermediate-sized option provides a solution for common transfer points with 2.5” and 3" gaps, enhancing versatility and protection for light-duty conveyor applications in logistics and airports.

The Midsize STP features UHMW segments that reduce surface friction and serve as visual wear indicators. The bright yellow segments snap securely onto the mounting bar and are designed to prevent product loss, increase operator safety, and reduce pinch hazards at critical transfer points. The beveled plastic segments are positioned directly in line with the belt to prevent jams at transfer points, while the two-piece mounting bracket allows for easy installation and removal. Like all products in Flexco's STP family, the midsize version is compatible with both endless and mechanical belt splices and ensures accurate fit and long-term gap protection. 

The Midsize STP is ideal for use in light-duty applications within industries like logistics, parcel handling, warehousing and distribution, airports, and post-food processing, where reliable transfer point protection is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and product integrity.
